And then of course, at the lakes in the middle of Copenhagen, when coffee was had before the show, the swans refused to look at me. They can be so pretty animals to look at, but they are quite angry by nature...

Welcome to the grand opening of Klastrup's Kig
This is the first post in my photoblog. Photo is spelled foto in Danish, hence the URL. Kig is Danish, it means sightings or views, or taking a look.
The First Pic
I went to the theatre to see The Sound of Music.
The musical is on at "Det Ny Teater" (The New Theatre) which is not new at all (opening 1908). It has a wonderful plush decor, lots of fake gold, fake marble, plush curtains and trompe l'æuil (check out the virtual tour on the website).
Thin golden afternoon sunlight through a window on the stairs to the balcony.
A fake statue painted on the wall and an electrical lamp which spoiled the scenery so I erased it...But the light through the window is untampered with though.
Hmmh - it looks so much better on my laptop than on this big screen.
