My Ph.D. thesis now online!
I finally got around to having my ph.d.thesis proofread by a native speaker and to make a few corrections, as suggested by the committee. So Im happy to announce that it is now available on the page that I made for the occasion.
Download my Ph.D. thesis from this page. The thesis will be available until February 14th, after which I will withdraw it. However, it will be available on request for researchers and scholars. The committee wrote: ...provides a very good history of virtual worlds to date ...substantial and independant contribution...to the understanding of virtual worlds

Well done! I just popped open a red wine because of this (thanks for the excuse).
I hope others will find this as interesting and useful as I did :)
Ahem... Would really like to read it, Liz, but the following link yields a blank page in Firefox:

Hi Charlie,
Post a Comment
Just retested it - it works fine in internet explorer, so I must admit I have no idea why firefox fails. It's got nothing to do with the file size? |
